Shipping Policy
- All products will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated, pre-sale items require an additional 7 business days for processing. Pre-sale and regular items will be shipped separately.

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return Policy
- All purchases (containing regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 45 days after you have received the last package of your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- The cost of the return shipping from the United States will be charged with David's Wear.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How to Make Your ReturnTwo ways:①Recommend: Apply for an exchange or a return in the user center of the online store. Or you can log in directly to this page: Easy Return.②Send us an exchange or a return request with your order number by the email to which you placed the order. (Emails send to: service@yiume.com.)- We will review your request within 24 hours.- You will get a return label/address after the review has been approved.- If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.- If you want a refund: After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. *We will issue the refund to your original payment method.Kind reminder- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
